How much time will I have to spend on this course each week?

On average, no more than one hour per week - sometimes a little less, sometimes a little more but you can also go at your own pace. It's important to consider this programme as an investment in your emotional and mental well-being, and a practical exercise in self-care and compassion, rather than a 'chore' to be completed. Coming in with that attitude is very important if you want to get the most out of this course.

Do I have to complete the course in 12 weeks?

No, you can take longer if you need to, but I don't recommend rushing through it and trying to finish it quickly. You need to give yourself time to think, process what you are learning, feeling, and it's important to allow yourself to absorb the new insights, and take it at slowly. Your subconscious will be very busy assimilating all the new information that you are giving it, and whilst some of my techniques are lighting fast in helping you to release trauma and heal, I emphasise the importance of taking your time, being gentle and compassionate with yourself, and not overdoing it. The healing will come as soon as you are ready for it.

I'm still with a narcissist - will this still work for me?

Yes and no! Yes, if you are in a situation where you can devote time to doing the course without the narcissist looking over your shoulder (and do not do anything to antagonise a violent or potentially violent partner, ever!), then doing this course whilst you are still with a narcissist could be just what you need to get the courage to leave, or at the very least, to start getting your self-worth that has most assuredly been stolen from you by the narcissist, back. However, if the thought of the narissist in your life finding out fills you with terror and it would cause you more anxiety, then this would not be a good choice and perhaps wait until you are in a more comfortable situation.

Is this a replacement for therapy?

Yes and no! In this course I provide video or audio recordings of therapeutic processess that I have used countless times with my clients, and I have used them in workshops and found them to be equally successful for people struggling with a multitude of issues related to trauma and narcissistic abuse. However, if you feel particularly vulnerable, or you are the kind of person who prefers to have more direct support, I would recommend you choose one of the options that involves one-to-one sessions with me in addition to the course elements, as during these I would be able to guide you through therapy processess personally.

What if I have painful traumatic memories that I'm terrified will resurface?

The whole point of this course is to help you to unlearn the beliefs that led you to being traumatised and codependent in the first place. I give you a lot of tools to help you create a new foundation for who you really are, and to build up your level of self-worth and confidence over Phases One and Two. I've left the trauma healing to Week 9 of the course for that very reason. By the time you reach that stage, you should be confident that using my tools will enable you to deal with facing and releasing any trauma stored in your mind or body. However, if you DO NOT feel comfortable to do this, then do not do it until you feel emotionally strong enough. If you feel this applies to you, then I would definitely recommend you choose an option to work one-to-one with me in addition to the course elements. For this, and other reasons, you should do the course week-by-week in the order it is presented and DO NOT skip ahead.

What if I am already in therapy?

Great if you are, though that's by no means a prerequisite! In this case, this course should give you additional insights into your emotional world, which you could of course then disuss with your therapist.

Should I come off medication?

You should NEVER come off any medication without the direct supervision of your GP/Psychiatrist.

What is the cost of this course?

There are several options! The Self-Study Course means just that - you purchase the course and gain access to all the downloads, and work through it at your own pace.There is no additional or personal support from me. This is priced at €499. If you prefer to have more personal support, with one-to-one sessions with me, I have Gold and Platinum Course Packages, which both include a 2 1/2 hour breakthrough intensive session, plus 6x60 minutes sessions with me (€2,000) or 12x60 minute sessions with me (€4,000). Prior to booking, I invite you to book a call with me to discuss which option would be best for you.

Do you offer refunds?

As the self-study option is available for immediate download for the entire course, refunds are not issued. If you have booked a Gold or Platinum Package and are unhappy with any way, refunds for sessions undertaken would not be issued, however if I felt that we were not making the progress I anticipated and usually achieve with my clients, I would issue a refund at my discretion.
